Eating healthy is not about to restrict your any kind of food it just like that you have to consume those food more which is beneficial for our health as everyone person should take any kind of food but it  should be consume in appropriate manner as well as the depriving yourself to the foods you love. healthy eating does not have to be overly complicated. if you feel overwhelmed by  all the conflicting nutrition & also following the diet chart pan for your particular meal .The truth is that while some specific food or nutrients food have create a great impact on your health as well your mood. There should be proper   consumption of  proper diet for remain healthy.

 

While some extreme diets may suggest otherwise we all have to take care of proper meal plan need to balance the protein, fat , calories ,carbohydrates , fiber  , minerals in our diet to sustain healthy body. There is no substitute for healthy diet you should consume low calories item which contains lots of nutrients , protein in the food. While its not necessary to eliminate foods you enjoy & love . you can consume those foods once in week or taking that food on some special occasion. it required to maintain few changes a particular time.
