According to my views Both are better it depends on your choice that you want to be an BOSS or Employee if we talk about Business scenario you can be your own boss you have your kind of freedom in doing their work as well taking their own decisions. while In jobs there are some amount of responsibility as comparing to business.

Apart from Business , JOB is also good option for those who are not interested in doing their own startups or business it means they are willing choose for gaining knowledge & experience as a employee with getting money for doing limited amount of work in any private company while Job is also consist of both coins good side as well as bad side if we talk about good side are :- fixed salary you don't need to worry about any kind of loss occur in the company , limited amount of work you can complete your work in team as disadvantages are - Risk of fire at anytime, your hardwork pays to your boss not you , you have to follow each & every instruction whether you are agree or not.
